CYP Gender Service Electronic Referral Platform

This is the Gender National Referral Support Service (GNRSS) landing portal for submitting a referral for the Children and Young People’s Gender Service Waiting List. Please enter your email address, mobile telephone number, and the requested details regarding the patient. You will then receive an electronic referral form to complete where further details will be required for the portal. You will be able to save the referral at this stage, add the necessary mandatory and additional information before submitting the referral.
